Open enrollment · For anyone comparing health plans
Before you choose a plan, look back at the care you used
Hindsight gathers your medical records into one history, so you can count last year's visits, specialists and prescriptions before you compare plans, then talk each plan's summary through with a chat that knows your history. The choice stays yours.
7-day free trial, then $9 a month.

The problem
The best guide to next year is last year, and it's scattered
A plan summary lists copays, deductibles and drug tiers. To read one well, you need your own year in care: how many visits, which specialists, which prescriptions.
That record is spread across clinic portals, pharmacy receipts and memory, and the enrollment window is short.
How it works
Four entries, in order
Start your trial
Set up the profile for yourself, tell us where you live, and choose to connect your records.
Verify, sign, book
Confirm your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms, and book an intake visit with a clinician.
Your year comes together
Triangle requests your records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, and you upload anything else you have. Then ask plain questions: how many specialist visits, which prescriptions, what tests.
Add the plans you're comparing
Upload each plan's summary of benefits as a PDF, then talk through what it says about the care you actually use.

Illustrative example
Your year, next to the plans you're weighing
Here is your care from your records, beside what each summary says. I haven't estimated costs or checked networks.
| Care | Last year | Silver PPO | Bronze HSA |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary care visits | 2 | $30 copay | $35 copay after deductible |
| Specialist visits (endocrinology) | 4 | $65 copay | 40% after deductible |
| Monthly prescriptions | 2 (1 generic, 1 brand) | $10 generic, $45 preferred brand | After deductible: $15 generic, 40% brand |
| Lab work | 3 panels | No charge in network | 40% after deductible |
| Imaging | 1 MRI | 20% after deductible | 40% after deductible |
Your endocrinologist, Dr. Haddad, appears in all four specialist visits. It's worth asking each plan whether she is in its network.
Hindsight lines things up. You make the call. Made-up example, not a real person or real plans.

Your own assistant
Ask the same questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok
If you already use an AI assistant, you can connect it to your Hindsight records. With your permission, it reads your visits, prescriptions and test results, and answers from them while you compare plans.

Worth asking it
- Count my specialist visits in the last 12 months, by doctor.
- Which prescriptions did I fill every month last year?
- List every doctor I saw this year, so I can ask each plan whether they're in its network.
Once connected, what the assistant reads is handled under that assistant's own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn't control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what's inside Triangle and can't change anything at a hospital or clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
Your assistant reads what's in Hindsight, so start there.

Questions
Before you start
- Will Hindsight tell me which plan to choose?
- No. It shows you your own care and talks through the plan documents you upload. The choice is yours. A licensed broker or your benefits team can advise.
- What does it cost?
- You start with a 7-day free trial, which needs a card. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and if you only need it for this enrollment season, you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated, the chat that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have, including plan summaries.
- Will it find all my doctors' records?
- Triangle requests records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, which reach many hospitals and clinics, though not every one. Setup asks for an identity check, the consent forms and an intake visit with a clinician. Anything the networks miss, you can upload: PDFs, photos of paper records, discs or faxes.
- Can it check whether my doctors are in network?
- No, and it doesn't read bills or claims. Your records show which doctors you saw, so you know whom to ask about. Each plan can tell you whether they are in its network.
- Will my insurer see any of this?
- Not unless you share it with them. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, and you decide who sees it.
- Does Triangle diagnose or prescribe?
- No. Hindsight helps you understand your own records. It doesn't replace your doctor, and medical decisions stay with you and your care team.
